Advantis Annual Awards Masquerade Ball
On Saturday 30th January 2016, Advantis hosted the 5th Annual Advantis Awards at the Britannia Stadium, the home of Premiership club Stoke City FC. The theme for this year’s awards was a masquerade ball and staff dressed to impress on the night.
The night was a great success and there was a great turn out as staff arrived in force to celebrate their hard work and spend time with friends. The awards ceremony was well received with staff being treated to a presentation detailing how they have played a role in the success of Advantis in 2015.
The purpose of the awards is to recognise those who over the past 12 months have demonstrated that they are passionate about the business and have delivered exceptional results in their area. All employees are invited to nominate for who they think deserves to win the award and this year we received more nominations than ever before, making the judging process even more difficult.
Following feedback from staff after the last awards, the nominees for each award were announced before the winner was confirmed which resulted in an array of cheers, whoops and shouts of encouragement from the crowd. The winners of the annual Advantis Awards 2015 were as follows:
Treating Customers Fairly Award
Anthony Greenfield, Trainer
Outstanding Performer- Support
Lara Bromley, Client Liaison Administrator
Outstanding Performer- Operations
Ashley Bennett, Public Sector Collections Agent
Amy Thomas, Administration Manager
Directors Award (People, Passion, Performance)
Katherine Sykes, Recruitment Administrator.
Congratulations to all of our winners!
